Why Zaika Haus

“Zaika” is the flavour that stays with you. “Haus” is the place you return to. Together, they describe a restaurant built around memorable food, warm welcomes and the pleasure of a full table.
Our menu moves naturally from hummus, baba ghanoush and fattoush to lamb mandi and kabsa, then into seekh kebabs, biryani, achari, qorma, karahi and fresh tandoor breads. It is not fusion for novelty; it is two culinary traditions sharing one home.
